Did anyone see this? I missed the beginning but what I did see made me sad. I guess some of you know that I also run a diet website at www.lowcarbjohn.co.uk but these women weren't dieting...they were starving. It was quite clear that one of these reporters was having some serious mental health issues associated with what they were doing. I'm obviously in favour of people losing weight to become healthier and happier, but I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve. Both ladies were totally miserable. The weight they reached wasn't viable for long term, and the health implications were very worrying.
I know some people are against low-carb, but I believe it is because they have just accepted old information. Check out my website for why that info is not accurate. Women in particular, please, the majority of men would agree that they prefer their ladies to be fit...but not skinny. Rant over.
